Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 27, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bedrock Manager application and website. By downloading, installing, or using the software, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Bedrock Manager is a third-party desktop application that enables users to manage, install, and modify add-ons, worlds, and resource packs for Minecraft Bedrock Edition. It is a community-developed tool and is offered free of charge.
2. Third-Party Trademarks and Affiliation
Not Official Minecraft Product. Bedrock Manager is an unofficial community tool and is not approved by, affiliated with, associated with, or supported by Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their affiliates. "Minecraft", "Mojang", and "Microsoft" are trademarks of their respective owners. We claim no ownership over any of these trademarks or associated intellectual property.
3. Modification of Game Files and Data Loss
Bedrock Manager actively scans and directly modifies game save data on your local device, including critical game files like level.dat and levelname.txt. Because of the nature of file modification:
- Risk of Corruption: Modifying game files carries an inherent risk of data corruption or data loss.
- User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to manually back up your Minecraft worlds and any other critical data prior to using Bedrock Manager.
- Disclaimer of Liability: We are not responsible for any lost data, corrupted worlds, or damage to your local Minecraft installation. Use this software at your own risk.
4. Warranties and "AS IS" Disclaimer
The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
5. Third-Party Services and API Credentials
Bedrock Manager allows users to connect to third-party services, such as Supabase (for cloud sync), Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive (for BYOS backups), and even allows you to provide your own backend API credentials (e.g., via .env configurations). If you choose to use these features:
- You are solely responsible for the security, usage limits, and associated costs of any third-party accounts or databases you connect.
- You agree to comply with the respective terms of service of the third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Supabase).
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the application following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
